Pricing Prices quoted are UK £ Sterling and Euro's including VAT. Shotz Imaging reserves the right, without prior notice, to vary any advertised prices on the web site, price lists or literature. Shotz Imaging reserves the right to amend prices where the buyer has requested a variation to the standard product. Prices are exclusive of all transportation costs which will be invoiced to the buyer at Shotz Imaging rate at the time of supply.
Warranties:
Goods found to be defective at the time of delivery must be notified to Shotz Imaging within 3 days of the date of delivery. Shotz Imaging will repair, replace or refund at its own discretion any goods found to its satisfaction to be defective within 12 months of the date of delivery provided that the goods have been installed, operated and maintained within the manufacturer's recommendations. The warranty does not apply where the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or exposure to environmental conditions not specified by the manufacturer or where the product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer. Failure by the buyer to pay any sum owing will render the warranty null and void. The buyer is responsible for returning the goods to Shotz Imaging and is responsible for shipping, handling, insurance charges, tariffs, import charges and taxes and Shotz Imaging will return the repaired or replaced goods free of charge. Should the buyer request any other means of shipping, involving additional charges, the buyer will be responsible and billed for those charges. Shotz Imaging shall not be under any liability for any damage or loss arising or said to arise from the use of any of our products.
Specifications
All descriptions, illustrations, specifications and dimensions are approximate and are intended to present a general guideline as to the goods therein. If Shotz Imaging's description of the goods varies from the Manufacturers then the Manufacturers shall take precedence. Shotz Imaging does not accept any responsibility for damage, injury, loss or expense resulting from variations in the Manufacturer's data or specification or from curtailment or cessation of supply following such variations.
Copyright and Trademarks
No part of any Shotz Imaging publications may be reproduced, stored or transmitted in any form or by any means without the written approval of the Shotz Imaging. All products advertised in any of Shotz Imaging publications or its web site are subject to any patent , trademark, registered design or other right of any person. It is acknowledged that all trademarks and trade names mentioned in any of the Shotz Imaging publications or on its web site are the property of their respective companies/owners.
Title
Title of goods sold on the invoice does not pass to the buyer until Shotz Imaging has received payment in full for the goods. If the risk and title of the goods has passed to the buyer and the goods are subsequently returned to the Shotz Imaging for whatever reason, the risk of the goods will not pass from the buyer to Shotz Imaging until the goods are signed for by authorised personnel at Shotz Imaging.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract shall be governed by English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from this contract. |
