When I try to install the driver for my Mini Shotz MS-350, I get the error message "Please insert the next disk", and I cannot progress any further. A. This error can occur on some PC's. The solution is to download and use the latest driver from our download section. The next question may then also apply to you. Q. I have installed the driver but I still cannot download my images. An error message occurs stating that the camera isn't found. A. The chances are that you have plugged the camera in before you installed the driver (successfully). You will need to do the following: Click Start - (Settings) - Control Panel - System - (Hardware) - Device Manager and look for an entry with a yellow exclamation mark (!) called USB Camera. Double-click it and click "Update" or "Re-install" driver. Follow the on screen prompts leaving all options as default and the camera will be installed correctly.
