Q. I have a Long Shotz binocular it says 'No photos to download'.
A.
1. Un-install Long Shotz (Add/Remove programs its under 'Long Shotz).
2. Plug your Long Shotz binocular into one of your USB port.
3. Insert the supplied CD-ROM. The CD should Autorun. If not, Double-click My Computer, then right-click your CD-ROM drive and click Autoplay.
4. Follow the Wizard (If you are using Windows XP click 'Continue Anyway' on both warning pop-up screens).
5. Restart your computer.
Q. I have a Long Shotz binocular and I am running windows 98 it says "No pictures to download".
A. Long shotz does not work with windows 98, contact technical support for alternative item or upgrade your operating system.
Q. I take some pictures with my Long Shotz binocular, when I take the batteries out then put them back in the images are gone.
A. The pictures will only be stored on the camera if the batteries are kept in the camera. If the batteries have been taken out the images will automatically be deleted.
