| Q. I have a Long Shotz binocular it says 'No photos to download'. |

Un-install Long Shotz (Add/Remove programs its under 'Long Shotz). |

Plug your Long Shotz binocular into one of your USB port. |
| 3. |
Insert the supplied CD-ROM. The CD should Autorun. If not, Double-click My Computer, then right-click your CD-ROM drive and click Autoplay. |

Follow the Wizard (If you are using Windows XP click 'Continue Anyway' on both warning pop-up screens). |

Restart your computer. |

| Q. I have a Long Shotz binocular and I am running windows 98 it says "No pictures to download". |
| A. Long shotz does not work with windows 98, contact technical support for alternative item or upgrade your operating system. |

| Q. I take some pictures with my Long Shotz binocular, when I take the batteries out then put them back in the images are gone. |
| A. The pictures will only be stored on the camera if the batteries are kept in the camera. If the batteries have been taken out the images will automatically be deleted. |
